The Soule Collective Purchase Policy Refunds, Cancellations and Expirations

Purchase Policy

To make a purchase, you must provide a valid payment method. We may apply taxes, including VAT (value-added tax), to any charges. Prices and other terms of purchase are subject to change. If a Producer provides you access to a Program on a free basis, such access will be deemed a “purchase” for the purpose of this Agreement.

REFUNDS, CANCELLATIONS, AND EXPIRATIONS

  1. Memberships:
    1. The 1-year membership (with a discount of 2 months if you purchase the entire year outright) is non-refundable, non-transferable, and non-shareable, but can be suspended for up to 2-weeks per year. Please email us join@thesoulecollective.com and provide 24 hours notice for a suspension to be applicable. 
    2. The 1-year membership (billed month-to-month) is non-refundable, non-transferable, and non-shareable, but can be suspended for up to 2-weeks per year. Please email us join@thesoulecollective.com and provide 24 hours notice for a suspension to be applicable. 
  2. Month-to-Month Contract:
    1. You may cancel your month-to-month auto-renew at any time. Month-to-month contracts are non-transferable, and non-shareable.
  3. Drop-in Classes: 
    Single classes are non-refundable, non-transferable, and non-shareable and do not include on-demand access.
  4. YogaBreak™, MedEx™ and other 15-minute Classes:
    These 15-minute classes are accessible to members only and are non-transferable, and non-shareable.
  5. The on-demand catalog is exclusively offered to Soule Collective members (Annual contract or monthly auto-renew)
  6. Private Sessions with Master Teachers in The Soule Collective: 
    1. Purchased private session(s) are valid for six months.
    2. Rescheduling of a private lesson must be done before 24 hours of appointment to avoid any penalty/fees. If cancellation occurs inside of 24 hours, 50% of the cost of the lesson will be charged.
    3. All private sessions are non-refundable, non-transferable, and non-shareable.

PURCHASING A SERVICE CONSTITUTES ACCEPTANCE OF THESE TERMS AND CONDITIONS

  1. Purchasing Classes or Memberships as a Gift:
    1. The Soule Collective is not responsible for lost, stolen, misplaced e-cards, or e-cards used without your permission.
    2. This gift is redeemable for The Soule Collective services excluding prior purchases, gift cards, membership and classes.
    3. This gift card cannot be redeemed for cash unless required by law. Card value cannot be transferred to The Soule Collective accounts.
    4. This gift card does not expire and is exempt from any additional fees.

The use of your gift constitutes acceptance of these terms and conditions.
