Hillary Lopes began teaching and practicing yoga, in New York City, over ten years ago. Her first yoga teacher training was at ISHTA Yoga in 2010, and she continued her training at Prima Yoga in 2014.
After the birth of her three boys in 2018, Hillary expanded her knowledge — naturally this includes her experience of being a mom to triplets — but she decided to formally train to be a birth and postpartum doula.
Hillary is also certified to teach Restorative and Prenatal Yoga. Sharing space with humans on this life journey gives Hillary much joy. She looks forward to practicing with you, both on and off the mat.
