Meditation is part of our practice as yogis. A regular meditation practice can help reduce anxiety by building skills to manage stress, reduce negative emotions and increase patience. Meditation can help reduce blood pressure, frequency of headaches, and digestive dysfunction. You get it. Now come and get the tools so you can practice it, daily. After this 90-minute class you will have a clear and individual plan for developing your personal meditation practice. Registration includes one, 30-minute private follow-up meditation session with Rebecca.
